Improve competency in the fundamentals of mountain biking on a progression of trails over the summer. Fitness, fun and friends, double track and single track, with instruction along the way. This weekly ride runs for 8 weeks (does not include Mondays of July and August long weekend).

For intermediate riders who are comfortable on MOST blue trails and are looking for an introduction to tabletop jumps and drops in a bike-skills park setting. Led by a PMBIA-certified Level 2 Air instructor. This three-day camp introduces the techniques for getting air on tabletop jumps and drops in a professional and fun learning environment.

For intermediate riders who are comfortable on MOST blue trails and are looking to build on their fundamental skills and ride with more efficiency and flow. Sign up for one, two or all three 2-hour sessions in this technical series led by a PMBIA Level 2 instructor.
This lesson series covers cornering, riding steep terrain, efficient climbing and technical manoeuvres. In order to maximize the rider’s progression, Trail Sports recommends registering for all three sessions.
