Learn to cruise down the slopes on your cross-country skis* using the traditional telemark turn. Lesson includes learning the telemark turn progression and concludes with putting this technique to practice on the trail.
*Classic or skate equipment is appropriate for this lesson; however, classic ski boots allow your foot more flex and enable you to feel the necessary pressure under the ball of your foot.
